SMS/Text Messaging Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, CareTalk Health may contact you via SMS for recruiting-related purposes.

These messages may include:

Data Retention

We retain SMS consent records, mobile numbers, message logs, and related recruiting communications for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, hiring, credentialing, compliance, audit, dispute-resolution, and legal recordkeeping purposes. If you are not hired, we generally retain this information for at least four months after the final hiring decision or last candidate activity, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. If you are hired, relevant communications may become part of your workforce record and will be retained under our employee record retention policies.

Disclosure of your information

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information, mobile numbers, or text messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers, contractors, and vendors who help us operate our recruiting SMS program, applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, communications platforms, security systems, and related business operations. These parties are authorized to use the information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Sensitive Information

Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver’s license images, passport images, bank information, medical information, disability or accommodation details, protected health information, patient information, or credentialing documents by SMS. SMS Terms of Service

  1. When you opt in to receive SMS messages, we may send you messages related to your job application, including updates, interview coordination, and other recruiting communications.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying with any of the following industry standard keywords:
    1. STOP
    2. STOPALL
    3. OPTOUT
    4. CANCEL
    5. END
    6. QUIT
    7. UNSUBSCRIBE
    8. REVOKE
